Human Bone Marrow CD105+ Cells, Frozen

Primary human CD105+ cells were isolated from bone marrow (BM) mononuclear cells (MNCs) using positive immunomagnetic separation techniques. BM was collected using heparin as an anticoagulant. CD105 is expressed on mesenchymal stromal cells.

Cells were obtained using Institutional Review Board (IRB)-approved consent forms and protocols.
