概要
The SARS-CoV-2 (ORF9b) Peptide Pool is a lyophilized mixture of 22 peptides from open reading frame 9b (ORF9b) protein of SARS-CoV-2. SARS-CoV-2 ORF9b interacts with mitochondrial import receptor subunit TOM70 and suppresses type I interferon. The pool consists of 15-mer peptides with 11-amino-acid overlaps that cover amino acids 1 - 97 on ORF9b.
