The EBV (LMP2) Peptide Pool is a lyophilized mixture of 122 peptides from latent membrane protein 2 (LMP2) of Epstein-Barr virus (EBV; strain B95-8). LMP2 is expressed in EBV latency, as well as in EBV-associated pathologies and it blocks reactivation of EBV from latency. The pool consists of 15-mer peptides with 11-amino-acid overlaps that cover amino acids 1 - 497 on LMP2.
