概要
The EasySep™ HLA Chimerism Whole Blood CD15 Positive Selection Kit is designed to isolate highly purified CD15+ cells from fresh whole blood by positive selection. Desired cells are targeted with Tetrameric Antibody Complexes recognizing CD15 and dextran-coated magnetic particles. Labeled cells are separated using an EasySep™ magnet without the use of columns. Cells of interest remain in the tube while unwanted cells are poured off. The CD15 antigen is expressed on granulocytes and monocytes.

This product replaces the EasySep™ Human Whole Blood CD15 Positive Selection Kit (Catalog #18681) and EasySep™ HLA Whole Blood CD15 Positive Selection Kit (Catalog #18681HLA), for even faster cell isolations.

Starting with human whole blood, the CD15+ cell content of the isolated fraction is typically 99.2 ± 1.1% (gated on CD45; mean ± SD using the “Big Easy” EasySep™ Magnet). In the above example, the purities of the start and final isolated fractions are 57.6% and 99.9%, respectively.
